Standard Service
I was satisfied with my stay at the hotel. No cpmplain at all. The environment is cool, the staffs are courteous & friendly. The food is very good too. I would like to stay in this hotel again, when next am in Dubai.

Very calm and quiet - good location
Hotel is in a great location if you have business in the nearby Dubai Media City or Internet City or even Knowledge village.
It is also close to the Palm Jumeira.
The main thing is it is very quiet around and no car noise.

nice place to stay
i booked this hotel online and i got fairly reasonable price than actual at reception.... fairly friendly staff and reception ..... hotel is samll but comforatble, peacefull area ....... just inside the knowledge villege .... excellent if u r goign for some educational activity.... i satyed in a room which was just opposite to reception on 1st floor(cnt open windows)....
advantages:
spacious ,
clean room,
spacious wash n bath area,
adequate house keeping,
tv and and mini bar,
daily newspaper,
car park,
adequate room furniture
disadvantages:
tv e 2 asian channel only,
no drinking water n tea( chargeable)
A/C uncontrolable ( summer time so not bothered much)

Reasonable and adequate if you need to be at Dubai
Ok, I had to be in Media City / Internet City for business and this hotel was conveniently situated. Decent internet access; wired in rooms. In General, the service was reasonably good, the breakfast was acceptable. The reception didn't have all the manners of service, but I’ll try to forget that matter because I was reasonably pleased with everything else. Excellent value for money
I mainly opted for Tulip Inn because my programme in Dubai was in the hotel. As such it was the most convenient place to stay. I was there for 22 days.
positives:
-free Internet connectivity 24/7 (most valuable service during my stay)
-efficient and prompt services and responses to complaints
-clean and quite
-prayer mat and Qur'an in the room
-discount on room rate
-cheerful and disciplined staff
negatives
-breakfast excluded from room rate
-no tea/coffee pots in the rooms as mentioned on site
-balcony not properly kept for use
-direction of Qibla in room not correct (room 139)
